2. Services
Trivega Health provides a platform connecting elderly patients and their families with verified nursing professionals for hospital visit assistance. Our services include hospital visit support, medical paperwork assistance, prescription management, and related healthcare services.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability of nursing professionals. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cancellation and refund policies apply as specified at the time of booking. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Professional Conduct
All nursing professionals on our platform are verified and trained. However, Trivega Health acts as a facilitator and is not a healthcare provider. In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trivega Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
